Above all, Francesco truly believes in people and a customer focused approach in the business. He often likes to make the analogy between hotels and the theatre; he says, "A Hotel is Show Place. The people in front are on stage every minute of the day and they have to perform. The people in the back are equally important, as without their efforts there would be no good performance on stage. Without a good performance the theatre would become empty with time".
Francesco talks about teams, team members and associates. Establishing and developing Soulotel is for him a team effort in which each individual in the organization has a critical role to play. Soulotel International is a young Company and its future will greatly depend on the reputation it will build in its first years of operation.
