Soulotel Values are based on the fundamental philosophy about what constitutes the good for people inside and outside our organization. In other words, our Associates, Guest and Partners. Values are the "pillars" of how we act and conduct ourselves and the business. Our Company Culture therefore becomes the way we "live" those Values on a daily basis.
